Booking times are set for 10am daily, with visits typically running for 3-4 hours. The times are flexible, feel free to suggest alternative timings in the form below.

The Mobile Farm Operator will arrive at the location you provide during this booking process. Please ensure you include a contact number for someone who will be onsite to assist them. Our Mobile Farm Operator may also contact you in the days before your visit to arrange finer details.

Please note that the Mobile Farm service incurs a fee.

Educational and care facilities may be eligible for a discounted rate of €600 depending on the visit specifications - this payment will be made online on completion of this booking form. If you pay this fee, and it is later deemed that your event does not qualify, this will be flagged and the remainder will be invoiced post visit.

The Mobile Farm has been booked for a range of events - for other rates, please submit this booking enquiry and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm pricing.

On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may prevent a visit from going ahead on your chosen day. If this happens, an Agri Aware staff member will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

Is there a green space available for the Mobile Farm setup? We need a minimum area of 4m x 2m. Although a grassy surface is preferred, other surfaces are acceptable, please specify when booking so our Host can be prepared.*

Is there parking available for the Host Farmer’s vehicle and trailer during the visit? Ideally, this should be next to the mobile farm setup area. Let us know if that's not possible.*
