I will have money in my troop bank account before the prescribed ACH withdrawal dates and understand that the following banking schedule will be followed: January 17, 2025 -$1.00 ACH test pull, February 26, 2025 – First ACH withdrawal 50%, March 28, 2025 – Final ACH withdrawal 100% (all cookie reward costs included)*

I understand that I cannot return cookies or exchange cookies, and I agree to accept full financial responsibilities for all cookies that I order. If I am in need of assistance with selling the remaining cookies, I will contact the Service Unit Cookie Manager or post to the cookie exchange tab in a timely manner.*

I understand that if a caregiver owes money I am to fill out the Past Due Cookie Account form on the council website and attach all receipts, the caregiver agreement, and any other pertinent documentation no later than March 24, 2025 or I will be held financially responsible.*
