Note: In most cases, Paragon clients require contractors performing work on-site to have general liability AND workers compensation insurance (including self-employed sole-proprietors and single-member LLCs with one employee who are not legally required to have it).*
  • Sole proprietors with no employees waive the right to file workers compensation claims against Paragon Management Group and its clients, and are personally responsible for any injuries/illnesses sustained while performing services to said entities.  Paragon will not refer vendors who do not have Worker's Compensation Insurance for additional work in to protect our clients from liability.

  • FINANCIAL INFORMATION & AGREEMENT

    IMPORTANT: Invoices must be addressed to and "billed to" the community/HOA's name. If you perform work for multiple communities, Separate billing profiles with names and account numbers must be set up for for each community. Invoices not billed correctly will not be paid. Paragon cannot make payment off of Statements.
