Be an Advocate: All students awarded the BetterFutures Scholarship are expected to actively promote the values of the WorldEd Foundation, including inclusivity, sustainability, and global citizenship, by being an advocate in their community.
For Students Studying One or More Years: In addition to the advocacy role, students enrolled in programs for one year or more must participate in the Sustainable Consumption Workshop as part of their scholarship and graduation requirements.
Post-Graduation Commitment (Optional): Graduates may be asked to mentor new scholarship recipients or participate in future WorldEd Foundation activities to maintain their connection to the program and its mission.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in scholarship suspension or termination, depending on the severity of the situation. Special circumstances may be considered upon appeal.
