IMPORTANT EXHIBITION POLICIES

1. All artists will set up by 4:30 pm, in time for a 5pm event start time. Artist can arrive earlier, if time is needed as early as 8am. THAW or its members will not be responsible for any items left unattended.

2. Exhibiting work must be professionally presented and/or mounted in a clean and professional manner.

3. T.H.A.W. Inc reserves the right to refuse to exhibit work of discretionary subject matter or work that does not live up to the THAW's Presentation of Work standards.

4. THAW reserves the right to reject any work that will be considered disrespectful to the African American women diaspora.

5. Storage space is not available before, during, or after an event.

6. Insurance is NOT provided to the artists.

7. To ensure the event runs smoothly, Artist will adhere to the scheduled dates and times in the contract.

By signing and returning this contract you confirm your participation and agree to the conditions of exhibition.
You give THAW permission to publish images of my artwork on THAWs website and/or other promotional materials, which may include gallery advertisements, the quarterly catalog, and the membership brochure.
