Art Support Print Request Form
This is a photo print request form for the 7th Floor Mundelein Art Support Print Center

File Preparation Notes

• Make sure all art is flattened and saved as 8bit

• Save all files as TIF or PSD files

• Name all your files with this format: Firstname_Lastname_project-image#.suffix

• For example: Sarah_Jones_Landscape-3.psd

• Our standard print size is 8.5 x 11 with a half inch margin. Unless otherwise indicated we will print at that size.

• If you want 13x19 or 17x22, add that to the name of your file.

• For example: Sarah_Jones_Landscape_13x19-3.psd

• Make sure a single file/print does not exceed 200mb.
