    Please sign below to agree to these policies, by signing you are agreeing to understand and follow them. Failure to do so will result into unnecessary fees.
  • No-Show appointments

    • If there's no communication on making your appointment ON-TIME or late, you will be charged 100% of your total. If your payment fails, you will not be able to return until it's paid.

    We value our relationship with you and want to be fair. However, if you are late or need to reschedule your appointment the options will be:

    • You are considered late after 15mins and a $10 late fee will be added to your total, after 20 mins you will be asked to reschedule, which you can do through your "confirming" email sent when making the appointment.
    • Rescheduling must be done through the availability on the calendar (if you see no availability, you cannot trasnsfer your deposit.)
    • Please cancel your appointment 24hr before hand. Failure to do so will result to a $20 cancellation fee.
  • Taking out your previous style

    Your style should be taken out and locs should be shampooed WAY before your appointment. Although a shampoo is included into your services, it is better to "practice" good loc hygiene. 

    If your style is not taken out you will either pay and extra $15 (take down fee) or take it down yourself.

     

    YOU CANNOT LEAVE THE SALON WITHOUT PAYING, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE MONEY OR CARDS IN YOUR VEHICLE. (NO EXCUSES)

    Kid & Teen Lovebugs

    You are more than welcomed to sit with your child. My pre-teens & teenagers will be just fine, I promise.

    !! Please reframe from bringing your small children to your appointment. There are chemicals & sharp objects around the salon and are not safe for small children to be left unattended. If you MUST bring your small child please let Asiaa know and bring them a tablet, toy etc. to keep them occupied.!!

     

     

  • Appointment Day

    Please do not add extra services the day of your appointment. As all services have a dedicated time and cannot be added last minute so no other clients gets pushed back.

    - Marley hair

    - Curly hair 

    - Curls

    - Etc

    Majority of the time all appointments are back to back. If the service can be added to your appointment you will be charged accordingly.

    • A waitlist will be available via website.

    We only accept; 

    • debit/credit cards
    • Tap Pay
    • Cash

    Anything else; Cashapp / Zelle/ Venmo will not be accepted.

     

  • We have the right to refuse any clients and/or services

    Here at The Loc Garden, we strive to be peaceful, positive & patient. We are extremely blessed to have each and every one of our Love Bugs. Please understand this is a business FIRST so if you book 3 appointments consecutively and cancel without reasoning you will no longer be able to book. If you give any type of nasty or disrespectful behavior you will be asked to look for services else where. We respect each and every one of our clients and would LOVE the same respect in return. We are here to provide the best loc experience you've had.

    Hours of Operation

    Mondays- OFF

    Tues-Friday- 9am-5pm

    Saturday- 10am-7p

    Sunday- OFF

    All calls or texts sent on off days will not be answered until the next business day. Please remember that if we are currently with a client it is impossible to answer the phone and do hair.

     

    Every New & Potential Client needs to book & have a "New Client Consultation" before booking any services. If the option is not available we are currently not accepting "New Clients" Thank You.

     

    If pictures are not what you want please speak up and let Asiaa know. It is not required for us to take pictures! We respect your privacy.
