MBS Superannuation Leaders Program 

This program is suitable for senior managers or other high performers who aspire to be a future executive within a FEAL member fund/organisation and are looking to develop their leadership skills. The scholarship winners will attend the five-day FEAL Superannuation Leaders Program at Melbourne Business School in the week commencing 31 May to 4 June 2027.

The residential program will include sessions on Influence, Negotiation and People Leadership, Marketing, Personal Brand, Finance, Reputation, Trust & Purpose, Strategy & Strategic Narratives, AI and Navigating Uncertain Futures with the benefit of learning and building relationships with peers across the industry.

Please outline how your participation in the Superannuation Leaders Program will support your development and contribute to your fund/organisation.

Please limit your responses to the space provided (max character limit of 1,000 characters).

Your application must also be endorsed by the individual you report to. Please provide their details and upload an email or letter with their endorsement of your application. The endorsement should support your application including why they think that you are worthy of being awarded the scholarship and how the opportunity will support your leadership development.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Applications received after the specified deadline will not be considered

2. The decision of the selection panel is final and no subsequent correspondence will be entered into

3. The MBS Superannuation Leaders Scholarship is open to FEAL members

4. Granting of the partially funded scholarships are conditional on the applicant and/or their fund meeting the remaining 50% cost of participation in the program

5. Applicants must be employed with their fund at the time of the scholarship

6. Successful applicants may be called upon to deliver a report to FEAL members

7. FEAL Directors are not eligible to apply

8. The scholarship covers tuition and accommodation (travel expenses, and costs outside this must be covered by the recipient)
