Living in this world requires much of us. The ebbs and flows of life can leave us longing for a quiet place to simply be with no agenda than to listen to the still, small voice within and to honour the experience of the day that has been. Sacred Pause at Day’s End is an opportunity to gather ‘together’ online. We will ground ourselves with a poem, a reading from a sacred text or an excerpt from a wide body of spiritual literature, and then enter into a brief time of contemplation, guided meditation and silence. NO previous meditation experience is needed, only the desire to enter a space of calm and quiet.
