I give CMKL University permission to digitize, edit, reproduce, distribute, air, publish, exhibit, and otherwise use the resulting photographs, videotapes, or other recorded materials (“Materials”) in any medium, (including, but not limited to, print publications, internet websites, CDs, and DVDs) for educational, promotional or any other non-commercial purpose. I understand that the Materials and all rights to them belong solely to CMKL University.
