  • IMPORTANT

    If the ACAB filled in Section B of the certificate due to an event which may lead to imminent risk of serious injury (according to Regulation 8(10)), the Responsible Person is to inform the OHSA within 48 hours from the date of inspection!

    This should be done by sending an email on engineering@ohsa.mt, clearly stating in the subject field "Section B filled in by ACAB", the address where the lift is installed and sending also a copy of the concerned lift certificate.
