Ths ISRCL invites persons interested in presenting a paper, participating in a plenary or workshop, or who wish to propose a workshop to submit a short description or workshop concept for consideration by the organizing committee. The ISRCL encourages diversity in the call for proposals, including encouraging the submission of proposals from regions other than North America.
