STALL HOLDER AGREEMENT:

Payment is due 4 WEEKS BEFORE FESTIVAL (no later than 30 October) to secure your space. Your space in our event is not confirmed until payment is received.

CANCELLATIONS: No refunds. In the event of weather and us needing to cancel the event, your stall fee will be transferred to a future event.

You are responsible for providing your own signage, 3x3 marquee, tables and chairs. Please ensure you have Marqee weights incase of weather conditions.

You must hold Public Liability Insurance $20m.
