If a maintenance request reveals no actual issue, or if you’re not present at the scheduled time, a service fee will be charged.

Maintenance services are outsourced, so all further contact will be directly between you and the maintenance team BY PHONE CALL ONLY. If you are not contacted within 48 hours, please inform our team via WhatsApp or email.

Please provide correct contact information and answer calls to arrange visits. Failure to do so may result in a €50 penalty deducted from your security deposit. We kindly ask you to be responsible with maintenance requests.
