Maintenance services are outsourced, so all further contact will be directly between you and the maintenance team BY PHONE CALL ONLY.
Please provide correct contact information and answer calls to arrange visits. Failure to do so may result in a €50 penalty deducted from your security deposit. We kindly ask you to be responsible with maintenance requests.
