    • Based on 2 students sharing each apartment
    • Pricing includes R 300 allowance per month for water and electricity. Additional usage for the tenants account.
    • Allocation of units and sharing partners are first come first serve and/or at managements discretion
    • All units are furnished

  • F - Terms and Conditions

    1. The applicant confirms that all information submitted on the form is true and correct, and any incorrect information may lead to automatic disqualification.
    2. No agreements exist until:
      • All documents have been correctly signed by the tenant, payer & landlord.
      • All moneys due are to be deposited and cleared into into the official bank account of Born Free 369 (Pty) Ltd at First National Bank (FNB). 
    3. It is the applicants responsibility to ensure payments are made into the correct bank account.
    4. No monies are to paid to any individual directly in cash, including any Born Free representatives.
    5. The student finger print is to be loaded onto the access control system.
    6. Inspection sheet has been completed by all parties.
    7. We do not use any agents, and no monies are to paid to anyone other than Born Free 369 (PTY) Ltd.  
    8. Bornfree reserves the right to approve all tenants solely at its own discretion.
    9. Prices are subject to change based on NSFAS rates.
    10. If you are a current tenant and you are applying for a 2025 lease please note that your 2024 deposit will stay with us until you come back for the 2025 year.

    The applicant(s)& guarantor authorise Born Free to contact, request, and obtain information from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) or registered credit bureau that may be necessary to assess the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts and creditworthiness

  • G - Once the application has been approved, please following the process:

  • 1.        Approval letter will be sent with the details of the deposit, rental and application fee (may be increased at managements discretion)

    2.        All documents to be signed, Lease, House rules, Inspection, Issue keys

    3.        Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis

    4.        Surety to be signed by the person responsible for payment

    5.        Move in slip to be given to security

    6.        Finger prints to be uploaded to access card system.
