The human rights record of the United States is reviewed every five years by the United Nations in Geneva (this is called the "Universal Periodic Review" or UPR). Since 2010, we have used this process to write shadow reports and implement actions regarding the rights violations experienced by sex workers in the United States and, to pressure the US to acknowledge sex worker rights. In 2024-2025 we will be submitting our fourth report and raising awareness through actions, the arts, and trainings.
