Colorado College Arts and Crafts Fair Student Application 2024

Application Deadline for students: Monday, November 11th at midnight. There is no application fee to apply to the Fair. If you sign up and can no longer participate in the Fair you need to email Rebecca Parker rparker@coloradocollege.edu prior to Friday, November 29th or you will be charged a drop fee.
We are excited to host the 2024 Arts and Crafts Fair at Colorado College on Friday, December 6th and Saturday, December 7th. The Arts and Crafts Fair celebrates local and regional creatve makers working in a variety of media and encourages artists who create hand-crafted works to apply.

This Fair is unique in that it brings together artists at all different points in their practice and careers including Colorado College students as well as artists in the community. Please note that food will not be considered for the Art Fair.

Student Booth Selection

The Colorado College Arts and Crafts Fair does not charge students for booths. Booths are 3'x6' tables. Students are responsible for the operation of their space all hours of the sale and must commit to both days and all hours of the Fair. Booths will be located on multiple levels of the Worner building and assigned by Arts and Crafts staff. Students will not have the ability to select their own location.

I have marked my calendar and I realize that the Fair runs Friday, December 6th: 3:00-8:00pm and Saturday, December 7th: 10:00 am-5:00pm.I will arrive early on Friday, December 6th for set up and stay at my booth for the duration of the fair. I will be present for the breakdown of the Fair on Saturday.I will attend the mandatory meeting prior to the Fair or I cannot participate. If this meeting conflicts with classes I will set up a meeting with the Director of Arts and Crafts to obtain the necessary information.If I need to drop out of the Fair I will submit a notice in writing before Friday, November 29th. If I do not attend the mandatory meeting, don't respond to emails, or don't show up to the event after signing up I will be responsible for the cost of a booth which is $150. If I have an unforeseen commitment or emergency this fee will not be charged as long as it's communicated.
