Clients are required to provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the client cancels less than 24 hours before or fails to show up for their appointment, they will be charged a cancellation fee that can be automatically charged to the card on file. If no card is on file with us, the fee must be paid in full before the booking of any future appointments. Payment is due in full at the end of the service.
