Financial aid for the 2024-2025 academic year are now closed.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, aid applications must be submitted before December 7th, 2024.
All Grade 6 and above candidates, including current students, are eligible for consideration. In addition to the formal registration process below, candidates must complete in-person math and English diagnostics. All Financial Aid candidates must complete the following for consideration:

- Complete Academic Records (previous 2 years minimum) *Required
- Grade 10+ Candidates - Official High School Transcript - can use unofficial copy for initial inquiry *Required for all Grade 10+ candidates.
- Contacts for Two Teacher/Personal Recommendations - at least one recommender must be a teacher who has taught the candidate
- Birth Certificate or Valid Passport (color copy) *Required
- Candidate personal statement: e.g., interests, strengths, outlook, why Windsor, etc *Required
- Parent/Guardian's:
- Personal statement to include: aid request, amount requested, and current amount spent on tuition;*Required
- Proof of annual income *Required (i.e three (3) months of bank statements; employment letter)
Diagnostics are held during Math Club, which typically meets on Saturdays through the Fall. Candidates are welcome to attend the Math Club before sitting the diagnostics and can begin at any time during the application process.
Candidates will be notified of awards in the Spring.
