Local Metro Detroit and Michigan Resident Artists Only
Northville Art House Inc. seeks partnerships with Michigan artists to showcase their artwork on consignment in our Artisan Store and online marketplace. Artwork includes prints, paintings, jewelry, glass and ceramic sculpture, gifts, and cards for all occasions.

This opportunity is available throughout the year for artists, 18 and older and residing in Michigan. Artwork to be on consignment for a renewable six-month sales period. Applications are reviewed monthly by the Northville Art House Exhibition Committee.

The Art House provides the following benefits to our store artists:
- Lighted and accessible shelf and wall space to display art pieces
- Guarantee that 100% of the artwork will be presented
- In partnership with the artist, promotes the artwork at the Art House, in a bi-monthly newsletter and on social media channels
- Opportunities to present demonstrations, workshops, or other programs
- Employs personnel for point of sale
- Handles payment of credit card fees and sales tax
- Prepares and sends payment of retail sales
- A completed W-9 form required for payment
- Offers a competitive 65% artist / 35% merchant split on all sales
To become a store artist, we ask the following:
- Complete an online application with images, description, bio/artist statement, and cv/resume for review.
- Look for email notification of decision within one month of application receipt.
- Then upon request, make an appointment staff to review artwork.
- Complete and sign a 3- 6 month renewable agreement with inventory list.
