    After completing the form, a preliminary estimate of our monthly services for your needs will be provided. You'll then be asked if you would like to proceed with our discovery process. Next, you’ll have the opportunity to book a discovery call with us.

    In order to finalize your quote, we will need additional details, such as access to your bookkeeping software and recent bank statements.

    Once we review your information, we’ll send you a proposal for your approval.  While the estimate may change slightly based on final details, we’re here to customize our services to fit your needs.

    To provide an accurate quote for bookkeeping services, we need a comprehensive list of all business accounts used for financial transactions, including bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, or e-commerce platforms.

  • Follow these steps to gather your monthly banking transaction amounts:

    1. Log into Online Banking: Access your business bank account via the bank’s portal.
    2. Navigate to Transactions or Statements: Locate sections labeled 'Transactions,' 'Account Activity,' or 'Statements.'
    3. Select Date Range: Choose the date range for the transactions you want to export.
    4. Export as CSV: Use the 'Download' or 'Export' options and select CSV format (compatible with most accounting software).
    5. Download and Check File: Ensure the file opens correctly in spreadsheet software like Excel.
    6. Find Transaction Summary: Identify the total deposits and withdrawals in the statement.
    7. Calculate Average: Repeat this process for three months to derive a more accurate average.
    8. Multiple Accounts: Repeat these steps for all applicable business accounts.

  • To begin, you will be required to pay 50% of your catch-up fee now.

    Once we have completed half of the catch-up work, the remaining balance will be due. We will also invoice you for the first month of bookkeeping fees upon onboarding, and you will receive monthly invoices thereafter. Please note that these bookkeeping fees are separate from the catch-up fees.

    Once you complete your onboarding process, we will immediately begin catching up on your bookkeeping. You’ll receive clear instructions and next steps to guide you through the process.

    We will start with the oldest month of bookkeeping and work through each subsequent month in order, ensuring every detail is accurately recorded. Throughout this process, we will reach out for any additional information needed.
