Bay Area DFN October Happy Hour Registration

When: October 15, 2024, 4-6pm PT

Where: A DFN member’s home in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland

On October 15, we invite you to join DFN Bay Area for a happy hour with two leaders whose organizations will play important roles in combatting authoritarianism in 2025: Ian Bassin, co-founder and Executive Director of Protect Democracy, whose team has been preparing institutions for the threat of an elected authoritarian; and Jon Miller, Chief Program Officer of Public Rights Project, whose team supports local elected officials in protecting their constituents from authoritarian moves at the state and federal level.

We’ll hear from Jon and Ian and enjoy food, drinks, and the company of colleagues on October 15 from 4-6pm at a DFN member’s home in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland. We hope to see you there!
