  • Friends of North Augusta Animals (FONAA) is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated supporting rescue efforts and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. Friends of North Augusta Animals (FONAA) is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. 

  • This questionnaire is designed to help our volunteers and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. All interested persons or familites are required to complete this form prior to adoption. Friends of North Augusta Animals (FONAA) reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

    This form is NOT an adoption application.  Adoption applications will be provided after a meet and greet if you are matched with a dog or cat.  Signed Adoption forms are required for any overnight visits.

    This form is also used to find home for dogs individuals who may not be part of FONAA. These individuals have rescued or are in need of new placement for a dog in their care.  FONAA's role is to help network these dogs in hopes of finding a good home, but in these cases, we have no ownership of the dog in need.
