Scholarships Application
Hello applicants! This universal application will allow you to apply for all Wayne Community Foundation scholarships you are eligible for based on their unique requirements. Applications must be received by the Foundation Office either through the form or via mail by the first Monday of April each year.
All scholarship application documents (official transcripts and letters of recommendation) can be sent or delivered to:
1) Wayne Community Foundation, P.O. Box 82, Corydon, IA 50060, 2) Snyders in Humeston, IA 3) Seymour Tires in Seymour, IA, OR 4) Wayne Community Foundation Office.

Scholarship Document Requirements
All scholarship applicants MUST provide the following documents to the Wayne Community Foundation by the first Monday of April: 1) a signed official high school transcript, 2) a letter of recommendation from a non-relative school representative, and 3) a letter of recommendation from a non-relative community representative.
