Right to access documents

The freedom of information Act 1982 (FOI Act) gives you a general right to access information held by YouthCARE.

You can request documents we hold and we will assess your request against the provisions of the FOI Act.

You will be required to upload identification documents in PDF format as a part of this application.

An administration fee of AUD$30 (non-refundable) for this application will also be charged. Once your application has been approved, you will be sent an email with a link to payment form.
