    SCHOOLS BEACH FESTIVAL

    Primary School Dates: 5th to 7th November 2025
  • Primary School Nomination Form

  • The Schools Beach Volleyball Festival will run from the 5th to 7th of November 2025 at Glenelg Beach for Primary Schools.

    PLEASE NOTE:  Schools are requested to enter teams as normal, but please be aware that the final capacity of teams per division is to be confirmed. We will communicate if nominations exceed availability as these are received.

    Nominations close on Monday 6th October 2025.

    Late nominations will only be accepted at the discretion of VSA and will incur a $22 (inc. GST) per team fee.

  • The dates you can enter for the Schools Beach Festival (Primary Schools) are as follows:

    Wednesday, 5 November  Year 4/5, 5/6 (Division 1, 2, 3) 4-a-side
    Thursday, 6 November Year 4/5, 5/6 (Division 1, 2, 3) 4-a-side
    Friday, 7 November Year 4/5, 5/6 (Division 1, 2, 3) 4-a-side

               

    Cost: $65.45 per team (inc. GST)

    Primary schools must supply referees.


    Late Fee for nominations received after due date: $22 (inc. GST) per team.
    Schools will be invoiced soon after nominations close.

     

  • MEMBERSHIPS

    Participants are required to have at least the Free casual Membership.

    Join as a VSA member here.

    Schools will be required to provide team lists with members numbers prior to their chosen date. Team lists can be submitted here.

  • TEAMS

    Please enter the number of teams you are nominating - teams are made up of 4-6 players for the 4-a-side competition. There is no minimum requirement of girls in a mixed team (it can be an all-boys team).
  • Please be aware Primary Schools must provide referees according to how many teams the school has entered.
    1-2 teams nominated = 1x referee
    3-6 teams nominated = 2x referees
    7-12 teams nominated = 3x referees
    13+ teams nominated = 4x referees

    Draws will be sent out to schools and updated on our website 1 week prior to your nominated date. These draws are subject to change - please be aware that we are encouaging schools to be organised and make sure teams are pulled out at least 10 days prior to the event. Failure to pull out teams 10 days prior to the event will mean that you will still be charged for that team(s).

  • MEDIA CONSENT
    If any participants do not give their consent to the VSA Media Consent and Media Publish Consent Policies, it is the responsibility of schools to notify VSA.
    Teachers will be required to collect wristbands on the day of the event from the VSA Staff for the participants so pictures are not taken of the participants.
