Here we guide you through the registration for Chamuyo Queer 2026. Please follow the form until the end where you can press SUBMIT. Afterwards you will receive an email that tells you that your registration has gone through.

POLÍTICA DE MEDIOS

Eres consciente de que durante el evento nuestro fotógrafo va a sacar fotos y va a filmar videos. Lo mismo harán otrxs participantes (lo que escapa a nuestro control). Las fotos y videos de nuestro fotógrafo las vamos a usar para la difusión de futuros eventos y las vamos a compartir en las redes sociales.

Si no estás de acuerdo con aparecer en una foto publicada, contáctanos a través de nuestro correo electrónico chamuyoqueertango@gmail.com bajo el asunto POLÍTICA DE MEDIOS. Entiendes que puede pasar que alguna foto se nos escape, pero haremos lo que esté en nuestra mano que esto no pase. 

MEDIA POLICY

You are aware that during the event our photographer will take photos and will film videos. Also some participants might do the same (which is beyond our control). The photos of our photographer could be used for further promotion of the event in future editions and could be shared in social networks.

If you do not agree with appearing in published photos, please contact us via our email address chamuyoqueertango@gmail.com with subject MEDIA POLICY. You understand that a photo might slip through, but we will do our best to avoid that.

CONDICIONES DE CANCELACIÓN

Hasta el 31 de enero 2026 se devuelve el 100%. 
Con una cancelacion entre el 1 de febrero y el 31 de marzo del 2026 se devuelve el 50%.
A partir del 1 de abril 2026 no se devuelve nada.

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Until 31st of january 2026 we return 100%.
With a cancellation between 1st of february and 31st of march, 2026 we return 50%.
Starting with 1st of april 2026, cancellation fee is 100%.  

 

PAGO y CONFIRMACIÓN DE TU PARTICIPACIÓN

El pago se efectúa a través de PAYPAL. Después de haber mandado este formulario te va a llegar un correo automático que resume tus datos. Adentro de una semana el equipo de CHAMUYO QUEER te va a mandar un correo con las instrucciones para el pago. Si no recibes un correo, piensa también en chequear el archivo SPAM. Después de haber recibido tu pago te confirmamos tu participación. Para cualquier pregunta, escríbenos a chamuyoqueertango@gmail.com.

PAYMENT and CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PARTICIPATION

The payment is to be issued through PAYPAL. After having sent off this inscription form you will receive an automatic email that sums up your data. Within one week the team of CHAMUYO QUEER will send you another email with the payment instructions. If you do not receive an email, please also check your SPAM.
