    From 1 years – Reception aged children

    What’s involved?
    This unstructured party gives you and your guests’ full use of the gymnasium. With our specialised pre-school equipment and soft play circuits, your child and guests will be sure to have fun roaming around our purpose built gymnastics facility.

    How long is the party?
    • 1 hour of gymnastics time
    • 30 mins of food area time
    • 15mins clear up time

    Need to know:
    • Each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult inside the gymnasium.
    • Food area: You must ensure your party food is placed in party boxes or bags due to cross-contamination and clean up ease.
    • Party Parents: It is your responsibility to clean up the area within 15mins.
    • Arrival time: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your allocated party time.

    Food area:
    • You will be able to access this area 15 minutes before your party guests exit the gym.
    • Tables and chairs for 30 people with table clothes provided.
    • If you use this area you must leave it in a clean and tidy state.
    • If you are catering your own party, we recommend that food is served in party boxes or in a way that is easy to clear up.
    • No alcohol is permitted on site.

    Parent/Host Responsibility:
    • There is a seperate room located upstairs in the cafe area for you to use for catering for 30 minutes only.
    • Please ensure your guests are collected at this time so that you have 15 minutes to ensure the food area is left clean and tidy, ready for the next party. It is your responsibility to remove your rubbish and hoover the floor.

    Additional Information:
    • Please ensure that you and your guests do not arrive too early as space is limited and there could already be a previous party in attendance.
    • If you have parents wishing to remain for the duration of the party, there will be a small waiting area.
    • Catering for these parents is not permitted until you have access to the party food area.
    • Please discourage those parents wishing to stay from bringing uninvited younger siblings.
    • No buggies or shoes are allowed in the gym.

    This structured party gives you chance to leave the party to our amazing fully qualified coaches. This coach led party ensures your guests’ get to explore gymnastics like never before. With fun structured circuits, gymnastics skill practice and fun games, you can be sure the smiles will never stop at Sapphire!

    • 1 hour of gymnastics time
    • 30 mins of food area time
    • 15 mins clear up time

    Need to know:
    • Each child goes unaccompanied into the qualified coach led party.
    • Coaches will divide children into groups of a 1:8 ratio.
    • Food area: You must ensure your party food is placed in party boxes or bags due to cross-contamination and clean up ease.
