Do you need to bulk upload student information for Rapid Registration? Visit our Rapid Registration Request page.

For Rapid Registration, school counselors or fair coordinators can securely upload to StriveScan a spreadsheet of student information. StriveScan will then register these students into our system without the need for students to register individually.

Barcode Delivery

✓ Student: Barcode

• Sent as soon as the student registered for the barcode, via email and text

✓ Student: Reminder Barcode

• Sent two hours before the fair's start time, via email and text, so it's at the top of the student's inbox

✓ For You: PDF to Print Barcodes

• We will send you a PDF file with a copy of all of your students' barcodes
• Distribute them before your students enter the fair
• Sent to you on the date you request

The StriveScan team should send you the PDF of all registered barcodes after your students have registered at StriveFair.com. Please determine the PDF delivery date with this in mind.
