I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Loving Paws and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster dog/cat.

I agree to have Loving Paws complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the dog/cat anymore that I will return the dog/cat to the Shelter and try to give a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the dog/cat.

I consent to sending pictures, videos, and updates to Loving Paws to assist in the adoption process of the foster dog or cat.

I commit to maintaining communication with Loving Paws about the dog or cat I am fostering.

Loving Paws requires all current pets in the home to be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines. Adopters must be at least 25 years old. If not ready to adopt or foster immediately, applications can be kept on file for up to 6 months.

I understand that Loving Paws will assist with veterinary care, training, and the overall well-being of the dog or cat I foster through Loving Paws.

I am aware that neglecting or mistreating any animal in my care from Loving Paws may result in legal consequences.
