    • To ensure confidentiality, only the treasurer will see the information from this survey.
    • If you would prefer a paper copy of this form, they will be available at all worship services until October 20.
    • Responses received before October 18 will be printed and carried to the altar during the 11 am service on October 20 to be blessed.

    In gratitude for God’s abundance in our lives, and in support of the mission and vision of All Saints Anglican Church, this coming year I wish to offer:

  • Note: Preauthorized Automatic Debit - Authorize All Saints to make a monthly deduction from your bank account on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. If choosing this method, please make sure your pledge is evenly divisible by 12. Automatic debit pledges must be renewed every year.

    If this is your first time signing up for automatic debit you will need to fill out an authorization form.
