Setup Options

Theater Setup

The James and Martha Duffy Performance Space can be converted into a 3-wing floor-level flexible studio theater that includes audience risers with up to 150-166 seats, three wings and lighting booms each on stage left and stage right, a cyclorama, and rear black traveler to cover the cyclorama. The exact number of audience seats are determined per production as chairs may need to be removed for a tech table, videographer, photographer, wheelchair seating, or a music pit.

The Theater Setup is only available on specific performance weekends during the year. Renters must book both days each weekend.

Prices start at $4,015/weekend or $3,575/weekend for Nonprofits.

Includes 6:00pm-10:00pm Friday and Saturday for set up, performance(s), and strike.
Additional technical rehearsal time can be added based on availability at $300/hr ($250 for Nonprofits). 3:00pm-6:00pm on Saturdays is regularly available.
Additional fees may be added for resources, receptions, additional space, and Sunday bookings.

Floor Seating Setup

The James and Martha Duffy Performance Space can be outfitted with up to 100 folding chairs in a proscenium, thrust, or custom arrangement, allowing for greater flexibility while still offering full use of the repertory light plot, the grid-mounted sound system, and the additional ancillary spaces. This set up is offered in our space year-round on Friday and Saturday evenings.
