Teams are defined as any member that has a written agreement with another licensee that is filed with the brokerage firm and defines how commission splits are determined.
- All transactions must have closed during 2024.
- The minimum volume requirement for Teams is $2 million.
- For Teams with three or more members applying for recognition, the minimum volume requirement is at least $1 million times the number of Team Members applying for recognition. Examples:
  - If 3 members of the Team are applying for credit, the minimum volume requirement is $3 million. (3 x $1 million)
  - If 4 members of the Team are applying for credit, the minimum volume requirement is $4 million. (4 x $1 million)
  - If 4 total members are on the team, but only 1 is applying for credit, the minimum volume requirement is $2 million. (1 x $1 million, but the overall minimum volume requirement is at least $2 million)
(Eligible transactions: Resale, New Homes, Land and Commercial - No Credit is allowed for Leases)

Application Fee per Team Leader, Team Member, or Team Partner applying for credit: $65 (Application fee includes: processing, access to special designed High Achievers logo for marketing, and recognition in the full-color printed program, multi full-page ad in the “Dallas New Era”, social media announcements, and the PBOR website)

If you are attaining a Phoenix Award this year, you have 2 options for upgrading your standard plaque. You can choose to upgrade for any of the Phoenix Award levels.

Please remember that you must pay an application fee for each team member. Applications will not be considered complete as TEAM applications without payment for all team members.
