  • Rental Agreement Breakdown

    Staff: You must provide and pay for at least 3 staff members for your event. In addition, you must hire 1 venue staff member at $10 per hour for the duration of your event.

    1. Building Entrance Door Staff: Metal Detector Wand
    2. 3rd Floor Door Staff: Scan Ticket and issue a wristband
    3. Lighting & Sound Staff: Must be approved before the event
    4. Venue Staff Member: Onsite venue liaison

    Venue Rental Cost: We have 2 rental cost options.

    • If you proved your staff: 25% of ticket sales
    • If the Venue provides ALL staff: 50% of ticket sales
    • There is a $200 clean-up fee for venue trash and parking lot if you do not clean up after the event. 

    Online Tickets: Tickets will be sold by the venue's ticket provider.

    Walk-Up Costumers: We do not accept walk-up customers. An online ticket is required for all events.

    Liability Waivers: All staff and artists must sign a Liability Waiver before the event can start. This will be an online waiver.

    Not Allowed Inside The Venue: Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking, Vapes, Weapons, Guns, Spiked wearables

    Refusal of Entry: The venue staff manager can refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

    Wristbands: If a ticket holder leaves, they can only re-enter if they still have their wristband.
