I understand by submitting this form for the Southern Grace Christmas Extravaganza, I agree to hold the pageant directors, staff, venue, and other contestants and guests in attendance harmless for my/my child's participation in this event, including travel to and from the pageant. I understand and agree that bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated in person or via social media/online, and any contestant or their family found behaving in such a manner will be asked to leave, without a refund. Unsportsmanlike behavior following the competition, could result in contestant not being allowed to participate in Southern Grace Pageant.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Contestants must be paid in full by December 1.
