Why Take This Course?
Through this training, we aim for you to understand the caregiver experience, build reflective self-awareness, and gain the skills necessary to create a safe space for caregivers to find encouragement and support.
You will enhance your facilitation abilities in a peer-to-peer setting, exploring fundamental concepts through stories, examples, role-play, tools, and self-reflection exercises.
By the end of the course, you will have a solid understanding of facilitation, including defining your role, setting boundaries, choosing appropriate facilitation techniques, and navigating challenging group scenarios.
