Vendor Rules & Regulations
Thank you for choosing to be part of Richies Toy Expo! Our goal is to provide a safe, organized, and enjoyable event for both vendors and attendees. Please review the following rules and policies before reserving your vendor space.

1. Vendor Load-In, Event Information & Show Hours
Richies Wheels N Wonders is a FREE admission event for the public, providing vendors with an excellent opportunity to reach collectors, families, hobbyists, and members of the local community throughout the day.

This is an outdoor, tailgate-style event held in a parking lot. Vendors will be set up behind their assigned tables, and pop-up tents or canopies are encouraged to provide shade and comfort.

Load-In: Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

All vendors must be completely set up and ready to conduct business by 9:00 AM.

Show Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Vendors agree to remain open for the entire duration of the event and may not begin packing or leaving before 4:00 PM without prior approval from show management.

Because the event is held on an asphalt parking lot, tent stakes cannot be used. Vendors bringing canopies or pop-up tents must secure them using adequate tent weights, water bags, sandbags, or other approved weighted anchors. Richies Toy Expo reserves the right to require the removal of any tent or canopy that is not properly secured or presents a safety hazard.

Please come prepared for outdoor conditions. September weather can be warm, and temperatures, sun exposure, or wind may vary throughout the day. Vendors are encouraged to bring water, sunscreen, portable fans, chairs, and other supplies necessary for a comfortable day outdoors.

2. Ohio Vendor License Information
Many individuals who regularly sell merchandise in Ohio are required to have either an Ohio Vendor's License or an Ohio Transient Vendor's License.

If you're a collector, hobbyist, or first-time seller and aren't sure whether a license applies to you, we encourage you to contact the Ohio Department of Taxation before the event. They can help determine if a license is required based on your individual situation.

We understand that many of our vendors are simply selling items from their personal collections. If you have questions about vendor licensing, feel free to contact us and we'll gladly help point you in the right direction.

3. Sales Tax
Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales tax required by law.

4. Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited anywhere within the event area.

5. Vendor Space
Vendor space is not reserved or guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

6. Cancellations
Vendor space purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Prohibited Merchandise
The sale of counterfeit, bootleg, stolen, illegally reproduced, or otherwise unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited.

8. Family-Friendly Event
Richies Toy Expo is a family-friendly event. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Offensive language, harassment, disruptive behavior, or the display or sale of adult-oriented material visible or accessible to children is prohibited.

9. Vendor Helpers
Each vendor space includes admission for one (1) vendor and one (1) helper.

10. Parking
Free parking is available for all vendors and attendees.

11. Liability
Each vendor is solely responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment, tents, canopies, personal property, and any damage caused by their setup.

Richies Toy Expo, Hobbies Galore, The Hadler Companies, their owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accident occurring before, during, or after the event.

12. Music
Personal speakers, radios, or amplified music are not permitted.

13. Animals
Only trained service animals are permitted.

14. Booth Setup
Booth layouts have been carefully planned to provide safe walkways and a positive shopping experience.

Displays may extend only within the vendor's assigned space and may not obstruct neighboring vendors, fire lanes, or customer walkways.

Tables and booth locations may not be moved without approval from show management.

15. Right to Refuse Admission
Richies Toy Expo reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any vendor, helper, or attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or detrimental to the event.

16. Vendor Approval
Richies Toy Expo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any vendor application or reservation at its sole discretion.

17. Advertising Other Events
Flyers for other events may only be placed on designated flyer tables unless otherwise approved.

18. Restrooms
Public restrooms are available inside the facility.

19. Force Majeure
If Richies Toy Expo must cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, public emergencies, fire, or other unforeseen events, vendor fees will not be refunded. Vendor payments will instead be credited toward another Richies Toy Expo event within six (6) months or transferred to the rescheduled event date.

20. Vendor Confirmation
Your emailed payment receipt serves as confirmation of your reservation. Additional event reminders and setup information will be emailed as the event approaches.

21. Vendor Agreement
By registering for Richies Toy Expo and submitting payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Vendor Rules & Regulations. Failure to follow these policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
