Rental Agreement
By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions for the rental of the photo booth:
Deposit and Payment
- Spot Reservation Fee: A non-refundable fee of 50% is required to reserve the photo booth for your event. This fee will be applied towards the total rental cost.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the 50% spot reservation fee is non-refundable.
Equipment Responsibility
The client is responsible for any damage to, or loss of, equipment during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, iPads, photo booth stands, printer and other accessories.
Damage Charges: The client agrees to pay for the replacement of any damaged or lost equipment caused by their use. Examples of damages include:
- Broken or malfunctioning tools
- Lost items (e.g., equipment or accessories)
- Significant wear that affects functionality
Replacement costs will be determined by the business based on an assessment.
Replacement Costs: Replacement costs are as follows (subject to change based on current market values).
Usage and Conduct
The photo booth must be used in accordance with the instructions provided by the business. The client is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth is operated in a safe manner.
The business is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the photo booth.
