You understand that sharing is entirely optional, and you are not required to disclose any personal information unless you choose to do so.
3. Confidentiality in a Group Setting: While confidentiality will be encouraged, it cannot be guaranteed in a group setting. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others by not discussing shared personal information outside of the group. However, the organizers cannot be held liable for any breaches of confidentiality that occur as a result of participants sharing outside the group.

Liability Waiver: By signing this consent form, you agree to release and hold harmless the facilitators, organizers, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims or liabilities arising from your participation in the round-table discussion. This includes but is not limited to emotional distress, interpersonal conflicts, or any other consequences that may result from your participation or the sharing of personal information.
5. Participation Guidelines: Be respectful of all participants’ experiences and feelings. Allow others to speak without interruption. Do not disclose the personal information of others shared during the discussion.
Refrain from offering unsolicited advice unless invited.
6. Recording, AI Use, and Archiving for Promotional and Training Purposes:
By signing this form, you acknowledge that the round-table discussion will be recorded using AI-based tools for transcription and analysis. This information will be used for, but is not limited to: facilitator training, marketing material, and content updates future round-tables. However, no personal identifiers will be used in any of the uses unless express verbal consent is provided by the participant prior to the use of their specific contributions.
If a contribution or segment of the discussion is considered for promotional material, participants will be asked for verbal permission before any part of their input is used. You retain the right to refuse permission without any impact on your participation.
6. Consent to Participate: By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this consent form.
