TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All our Products made by us are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
INGREDIENTS
All cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake.
All products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration.
QUOTATIONS
All Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
ORDERS
We prefer at least fourteen (14) days notice for all orders, as we are continually booked in advance. We will however endeavor, where availability permits accept short notice cakes.
Any Products ordered from a picture or photo of a product produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION
A 50% deposit is required within two days to confirm a booking. No order will commence until a deposit has been paid & received. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable, Once the deposit has been paid, the quoted price remains fixed to the details in the quote.
BALANCE DUE
The balance of payment is due TWO WEEKS prior to pick up. Orders will not be completed unless paid in full. If placing an order within that two week period, then full payment is due & payable for this order to proceed.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGE OF DATE
All cancellations/changes must be received in writing.
If you cancel your order prior to 14 days out from your event, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
If an order is cancelled within 14 days prior to the event date, then the full deposit will be forfeited.
And if your order is cancelled within 7 days of your event, any balances outstanding will be due and payable.
If the date is changed, there is a $50 administration fee “every time” the date is changed.
However, if Pretty Little Cake Collective have to cancel the order with you for any particular reason due to health, family or situations out of our control, a full refund will be provided to you, as well as assistance in finding a suitable decorator with similar experience to complete your order.
Damage
We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after pickup is complete. You are responsible for ensuring it travels safely an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 27 degrees Celsius or below.
Should damage occur to the cake through no fault of the vendor, the client may request for the vendor to fix the cake prior to the event start time (subject to vendor’s availability). Please note that in this instance, a call out & service fee of $100 will be incurred and payment must be made at the time that alterations/fixes are made to the cake (in cash/other method of payment).
Photo Usage
Cake From The Pretty Little Cake Collective reserves the right to use any photos we take of your creation for media related activities such as publishing on our website, social media or advertising.

By placing an order and paying the non refundable deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out above
