  • •Deposit

    Client acknowledges a 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure appointment date and time. This deposit is non-refundable, and goes towards the remaining balance due at the time of the booked appointment.

     


    •Travel

    The chef will travel up to 30 minutes, any location exceeding these limits will result in additional charges. There are no limitations to the location I will travel.

     


    •Rescheduling

    If for any reason my services are prevented from taking place, clients may reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to their booking without penalty. Must client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the booking, the deposit will be withheld.

     


    •Payment

    All payments are due in full atleast 2 hours prior to the service.

     


    •Grocery cost

    Grocery cost will be included in the total cost of the service. Unless client would like to provide their own, the Chef will provide you with a grocery bill that must be refunded before time of service.

     


    Shugga & Spice booking request

    Appointment starts at the time booked,  It is encouraged for large catering or private dining parties that you allow 2-4 hours of prep time.
