The Social Media Manager is a key role we're looking to hire to help develop our social media presence through our corporate pages along with key stake holders to build their personal brands in the eCommerce space. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for posting content, building up the online presence on Facebook, and LinkedIn through our strategy plan. You'll also be responsible for coming up with content ideas, coordinating with proper individuals and teams to get media created, copy written and you'll be responsible for posting
The Social Media Manager will lead our social media strategy to boost brand visibility, enhance audience engagement, and support our business growth objectives. This role requires a creative yet data-driven individual who can build social media campaigns from the ground up, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity. You will collaborate with our marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver a cohesive digital experience.

Establish and grow company presence on Social Media Platforms Facebook and LinkedIn
- Create content from internal company annoucements that're relevant
- Create social media posts and presence on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Write social media content for key stake holders, post on their behalf and manage inboxes on organic media.
- Reply to comments on posts on Facebook, LinkedIn and key stake holder acounts for Automated Retail Commerce organic posts, and for Company ads on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Strategy Development:
•Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
•Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to engage them across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Content Creation & Management:
•Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (images, videos, blogs, etc.) for all social platforms.
•Manage a content calendar and ensure timely posting that aligns with marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
•Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Community Engagement:
•Actively manage and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms in a timely manner.
•Foster relationships with followers and influencers, encouraging organic engagement and community building.
Campaign Management:
•Plan and execute paid social campaigns, optimizing for KPIs such as reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
•Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader campaigns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
•Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, followers, website traffic, and conversion rates.
•Generate monthly reports detailing key performance metrics and insights to inform future strategies.
Social Media Trends & Innovation:
•Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
•Experiment with new tools and formats (Reels, Stories, etc.) to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ability to analyze competitors and other industry leading profiles to mimic their success on platform and to create our own strategy
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of Social Media management with documented case studies and growth
- Professional expeireince working with investors
- Finance experience is a added bonus
