F.A.B.R Rescue will always be transparent and honest with our fosters about our dogs. Some dogs will need fosters who have experience working with dogs who exhibit behavorial issues. This can included food, toy and people guarding, aggression towards other dogs, lunging, excessive barking and reactivity. Not all dogs in our rescue exhibit these behavorial issues. But keep in mind, we are one of the only rescues who take on these dogs. We are their last hope at being saved. Therefore, we will prioritize these types of dogs over dogs with no issues.

I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless F.A.B.R and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster dog.

I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release F.A.B.R from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such dog(s).

I agree to have F.A.B.R complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to F.A.B.R and try to give F.A.B.R a 2 to 3 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the dog(s). I understand, F.A.B.R cannot take back the dog right away, if I can no longer foster. No matter the reason why I am returning the foster dog. And I agree not to put pressure or guilt on the F.A.B.R team to put a rush on things.

I agree to fully follow all management plans given to me for the foster dog as well as all advice given.

I agree to sign a foster contract, confidentiality agreement and a liability waiver, if my application is approved.

I also agree to remain an active foster for at least a year.
