🏠 TRACK 1: PATHWAYS TO HOMEOWNERSHIP
Buying your first home can be one of the most exciting times in your life. And it is your largest financial commitment. This course will provide information and resources to help you successfully purchase and maintain your own home.

🏠 TRACK 2: SMART RENTING STRATEGIES
Rental education will help you assess your current housing and financial position to help you achieve long-term rental stability. You'll learn about the rental process and your rights and responsibilities.

🏠 HERO CERTIFICATION
Complete all five classes and receive a Homeownership Education Resource Organization (HERO) Certificate of Completion for use with landlords and lenders.
