CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants in the YIH Festival shall adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
- At all times obey the instructions of the instructors and assistants.
- You will be singing and performing choreography on choral risers so please dress appropriately and wear comfortable shoes to allow easy movement.
- Respect your riser neighbors and don’t use perfume or fragranced lotions during the festival. Many singers are sensitive to strong odors and the close standing on risers requires consideration for your neighbors.
- Respect the festival location. Comply with all laws and no one shall bring any drugs or alcohol onto the premises. Dispose of trash properly and make sure you take all personal items with you.
- Participants will, at no time, leave the premises of the Festival unless prior arrangements have been made or a parent/guardian is present.
- Cells phones are to be turned off or on silent and only to be used during breaks.
- Enjoy a day filled with music, performance, new friends, and entertainment.
