By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote. I understand that I will have 24 hours to reply by email to confirm the appointment option given. I understand that if i dont not confirm, the appoinment will not be booked.

Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.

Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 3-4 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

I understand that arriving late to my appointment may necessitate rescheduling, and could impact the achievement of the desired results.

I understand there is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may not to be approved for booking future appointments with Mane Character by Roma.
