In the event that the group you are registering is no longer able to attend the event, the accommodation cost is fully refundable if we receive a notice to cancel in writing by Tuesday, January 7th. Please email us at canadianjpa@gmail.com.

The retreat cost is non-refundable. Please contact us if you are unable to attend and we will try to resell your ticket to our waitlist. In the event we are able to resell the ticket, we will provide a refund.
