Payment does not reserve a spot, it is only a deposit. We try to offer a variety of products by limiting the amount of one type of product. Once we have reviewed your application and have confirmed that your product is suitable and not a duplicate of another vendor, we will email you a confirmation. If you are not approved a refund will be issued.*

There are no power outlets available for vendor use. We are an old building and have only a couple outlets that work in our entire building. Unless you selected a space with includes an outlet please plan on not having power available.*

Terms and Conditions

It is agreed and understood by all participants that they are responsible for their own spaces and merchandise at all times before, during and after the event. It is also understood that Opportunity Center of Orting Inc dba The Haven will assume no responsibility or liabiliy for fire, theft, personal injury or property damage to your person, volunteers, or staff and property. Seller agrees to be ready for the public by 9:00am and will remain set up until the close of the Bazaar at 4:00pm. If you decide to breakdown early you may be ineligible to return to this event. It is also understood that the Seller's application fee is NOT REFUNDABLE as The Haven is responsible to fill all the spots for this event and cancelling would cause hardship in filling the Seller's space on short notice.
