  • 2025 Summer Dog Vacation Camp and Agility Seminar Registration Form

    • Summer Vacation Camp Registration Section 

    • Camp fees include:

      • First night welcome party (dinner on your own)
      • 3 meals/day on activity days and continental breakfast on last day
      • 3 full days of dog camp activities taught by top instructors
      • 4 nights accommodations
      • Lunch and dinner demos and lectures plus other fun stuff!

      You may extend your stay (subject to availability) if you’d like to explore the recreational opportunities of Red Lodge, the Beartooth Mountains, and the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Please reserve additional nights at time of camp registration.

      • $200 non-refundable deposit required with registration
      • $50 discount for full camp fee paid prior to March 1, 2025!!
      • Full camp fee (minus non-refundable deposit) refunded if you cancel prior to May 1, 2025.
      • Our Basic Rooms are 10'x 15' and have either two single beds or one full or queen bed with memory foam mattresses. We do have some larger rooms with shared or private baths that accommodate 1-3 people. Please bring bedding and towels.

    • The number of our agility seminars is growing every year and still, many people are not able to attend one because they are not a "Previous Participant" so do not get "Priority Registration". If you are one of the folks without priority registration, seminars are already full by the time you are allowed to sign up. So we are looking for a way to fix this.

      We will be keeping the same signup process as last year. In an effort to allow everyone a reasonable chance to be able to attend at least one seminar, I am asking that EVERYONE fill in their seminar requests by priority. Put a "1" by the one you MOST want to attend, a "2" by your second most priority, and so on. You have up to 10 choices for seminars. If you only want one seminar, then just pick one and make that your highest priority). 

      ·       Saturday November 2nd at 9AM (MDT) priority registration will be open to ONLY previous campers and seminar participants. However,  we will take everyone's top 3 selections (still in order they were received) and those selections will be "theirs" (unless the seminar is already full!)  

      ·       Starting Saturday November 9th 9 AM MST people that are NOT "previous participants" will be allowed to sign up and select their top priorities. We will look at their top two priorities, and if that seminar is not full, they will be rewarded with a spot in the seminar! 

      ·       On Nov 16th, we will go back to the "Priority Registration" folks and continue with the rest of their selections. 

      ·        After those are all done, we will continue with everyone else's selections until all seminars are full.

      AGILITY SEMINARS have LUNCH INCLUDED! OTHER MEALS AND ACCOMMODATIONS ARE EXTRA There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due when you sign up for the seminar. The balance is due March 1, 2025. No deposit due for auditing.

  • Dog’s Health: We require proof of Rabies vaccination within the last 3 years. And please be sure that your dog arrives FLEA FREE!! We don’t have a flea problem and would like to keep it that way!

    No aggressive dogs or people allowed!  Dogs deemed to be a danger to other dogs or people will be asked to leave with no refund.

      In consideration of participating in Yellowstone Dog Sports Camps, Seminars and other valuable consideration, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Yellowstone Dog Sports, LLC, its owners, servants, agents and employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my DOG or any property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise while participating in any activity, or while in, or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted or in transportation to and from said premises. To the best of my knowledge, I can fully participate in these activities.  I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with these activities and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in these activities and to enter the above named premises and engage in such activity knowing that the activity may be hazardous to me, my dog or my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE or PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me or my dog or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.

      IN SIGNING THIS RELEASE (or checking agreement to waiver box on online registration from), I ACKNOWLEDGE and REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing WAIVER of LIABILITY and HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same.
