On Race Day at Endicott Estate, I would like to volunteer for the following shifts/roles:
Parking Support 6:45 am - 8:00 am
Bib Pick Up - 7:00 am - 9:30 am
On-site Registration 7:00 - 8:30
Kids Run - 7:15 am - 9:00 am
Volunteer Check-In: 6:30 am - 7:30 am
Day of Race Setup/Logistics: 6:30 am - 9:30 am
Race Break Down/Clean up: 9:30 - 11am

The Family Gratitude 5K Turkey Trot, Dedham, MA – an activity that may include risks such as, but not limited to, falls, interaction with other participants, effects of weather, traffic & conditions of the road. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby expressly assume all risks, including personal injury and death, arising in any way out of my participation in The Family Gratitude - 5K Turkey Trot and related activities. I am solely responsible for my own health and safety. I agree, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to not sue and to release, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Family Gratitude -5K Turkey Trot, Ripples of Hope, Dedham Food Pantry, Town of Dedham, The Endicott Estate, volunteers, and all sponsoring businesses and organizations and their agents, from any and all liability claims, demands, and cause of action whatsoever, arising out of my participation in this event and related activities. I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
